The Giovanetto Bed & Breakfast occupies an elegant 18th century mansion house located in the open countryside between Modena and Bologna. Guests staying at the Giovanetto sojourn in individually appointed rooms decorated in gloriously romantic country style; featuring beautiful items of hand crafted wooden furniture, including wardrobes painted in delicate pastel tones and magnificent four poster beds dressed with the finest Italian linen. Persian rugs are laid over polished timber or terracotta tiled floors.

Guests relax in the welcoming sitting room, beneath high ceilings with ornate painted friezes. Antique mirrors and period paintings adorn the walls. Behind the soft sweeping drapes hanging from the tall windows, beautiful views of the grounds and the surrounding countryside can be admired.

Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the gardens. Fresh seasonal fruit, home made jams, and freshly baked cakes and pastries provide the perfect start to the day.

Whilst staying at the Giovanetto, guests have the opportunity to savour the highly acclaimed cuisine of Modena served in any of the superb eateries located in the vicinity.
